Bad Service

Placed an order, and tried to get a shipping date. Despite numerous email, could not get answer. Then I receive a WhatsApp, saying they were broken into my item out of stock. Could not get the item I wanted, so I asked for a refund , gave my banking details etc. Once again despite messages etc to find out when refund would be processed or when I could expect it, no response. I wont be shopping there again
