***** your money, selling **** and damaged goods!!!!!!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on the 28th May and paid the same day. I asked if the shoes are authentic, they said yes. They said 3-7 days. Day 7 I kept following up... I had to keep asking where are my shoes and for a tracking number. Day 9 only 2 pairs of shoes arrived, one pair very damaged and both are ****. Nothing was said to me about the other 2 missing pairs of shoes, when I kept asking them about it, they had absolutely nothing to say, I advised them I want a full refund immediately and I'm also going to return the ****/damaged shoes they sent me. First of all they are *****ing people's money and selling ****/damaged goods, they do not acknowledge their fault and do not reply or get back to me about the money they stole from me. I'm still waiting for any kind of response, they keep ignoring my messages about my refund. Absolutely disgusting and should be closed and shutdown from ever doing this again.
