Sneakers not received after payment
Payment was made on 2 September 2023. Delivery was supposed to be between 3 and 7 days. It is now 12 days and I have been following up every day to be informed that there are different teams assigned and they are awaiting a waybill. Extremely inefficient when it comes to responses after payment is made but extremely efficient when an order and payment needs to be made. Please reconsider before supporting this business.
