Shocking service and have kept our money

I am still waiting for my refund for the courier for shoes I had to send back to them as they sent me the wrong size. My sister has been waiting a month for her shoes, they now say they will refund her half the money she paid and have blocked her on Instagram and are ignoring us both. Their customer service is shocking. They are ***** and their shoes are **** and bad quality. Do not support them!
