BOSSHUN Sneakers & Fashion does not deliver!

BOSSHUN advertises sneakers and fashion on Instagram. The order we placed for 2 pairs of shoes in June already, ended in only one pair delivered after 3 weeks. They promise delivery within 3-7 business days. But the second pair of shoes was never delivered and after numerous attempts to contact them and request a refund they have simply not responded/ rep****. Where's my refund for shoes never received?
