Bad customer service.i have ordered a pair of sneakers on the 28th of March and did the payment to their bank account on the same day they told me it will take 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Three weeks later there was no delivery and all my messages asking for feedback on my delivery was ignored. After a few messages they responded saying that they had a problem with the supplier and I asked for a refund .they said it was processed about 2 weeks ago and it will be in the account 7 working days.On Friday I sent a message to find out when am I getting the money my message was ignored again in until I asked if I was ****med they told assured me that my money is not ******. Needless to say the money is still not in my account and my messages is again being ignored. I am going to assume that the refund has not been processed or they are ********. I would like the money in my account before the end of the week .
