Boss hun sa is not refunding me!! Becareful

After numerous attempts, I finally got some of my money back. I then sent the other remaining shoes back to them inorder to get my other refund. They said within 48hrs I'll have my money back. I have tried contacting them and send messages with no response. I am going to the police station to lay a ******** charge against them for theft and for selling **** goods which they said were authentic.
