Paid twice for the same meal

When I paid for my food I was informed that there was complications with the card machine and I was asked to pay again. Checked my bank statement the next day and the money was deducted both times. Honestly just bad management, or poorly trained stuff, not sure which. Disappointing considering the food and service was good, I just wish I didn't end up paying for a whole second meal just because of their bad management.
