Disrespectful towards elderly

We went there on the 25th of January 2024 at about 6pm. We were seated outside because there was no space inside for us 5 elderly men. i went up to the manager as soon as the wind started bothering us outside, with a open table in my sight we were still rejected.

he gave tables to walk ins and left us outside having to stand and eat my food against a wall so that the wind does not cut through my back.

the manager's reply in asking him if he arranged a table was "i forgot"

such good hiring skills from such a highly rated restaurant.
