I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from Bossa Woodbridge Island. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent visits have been a disaster. The standard has dropped badly, and it's clear that they're no longer interested in providing a quality experience.

The ****tails, which were once their crowning jewel, now taste like they've been watered down to the point of being undrinkable. I've tried a few different options, hoping that it was just a one-off, but sadly, it's a consistent problem. The liquor tastes cheap, the mixers are flat, and the garnishes are an afterthought.

But it's not just the drinks that have suffered. The service has also taken a nosedive. The bartenders seem completely disinterested in their customers, taking ages to take orders and even longer to deliver the subpar drinks. When I've tried to provide feedback, they've been dismissive and unfriendly.

The atmosphere, which was once lively and inviting, now feels stale and uninviting. The music is too loud, the decor is tired, and the whole place feels like it's resting on its laurels.

It's clear that Bossa Woodbridge Island has become complacent, relying on its reputation rather than putting in the effort to provide a quality experience. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's time to face the facts: this place has fallen far. Until they revamp their drinks menu and retrain their staff, I'd advise others to steer clear.
