Dissapointing

First visit to the self proclaimed "best burger in town restaurant " and this to end off my birthday celebration. Unfortunately, there's Nothing to write home about. Service was appalling!! The waitress who served us was not friendly or helpful at all. She didn't seem knowledgeable on the items on the menu which was already off putting. Once our food eventually arrived. The waitress and what seemed to be a person from the kitchen came to our table, moments before I dug into my burger .. removed my burger because it was the wrong order 😒 I wasn't able to enjoy my food because the whole build up to me eventually getting my food was a mess. Our waitress didn't once come and check on us or ask if we were okay. And neither did the managers, which in my opinion if they did this bad experience could have been remediayed, who I later discovered was 2 young gents, but both of them were too busy conversating at the front desk with the two ladies who were standing there. And yes the place was busy but there was one waiter a white male who served nearly 4-5 tables around us and he was always by his tables .. so what was wrong with our waitress??surely the staff receive the same training? After going to the desk to complain, further dissapointment, neither 1 of the 2 managers on duty even apologized for the experience, again an opportunity to remediate. I was told to leave my details to be contacted and surprise surprise I'm still waiting. We could have chosen any place in the area, and we choose your restaurant, but it was the most regretted decision. Service is the most important distinguisher between all businesses.
