Suprised pizza combo. Nauseating I'd say!!!!!

Myself and a few colleagues went to bossa in Soneike on Sunday 28/7/19 and my oh my was the service pathetic. The table we sat at had pizza pieces and a slice of pizza on the floor and seat. We waited over an hour for our food, when my husbands pizza arrived there was probably 10 small pieces of Mince scattered on the pizza. While eating my pizza I discovered I was chewing a piece of chicken skin (this was not on the menu). It was utterly disgusting even more so because I'm pregnant. I could have puked right there but had to bare in mind that I was sitting at a table with other people. I called the waitor Lolo (his services was just as bad) and showed him the skin. He went to the kitchen manager and then I saw him roaming around looking for another manager. Eventually I was attended to and the manager had the nerve to tell me that the skin is part of the chicken as the chicken comes steamed then pieces are broken and the chicken bits are then grilled. This is utter nonsense. Never in my life had I eaten a chicken pizza with chicken skin added. The manager took the pizza away after waiting for +-10 min I had to call the waitor to ask him what's the verdict on the pizza. The manager came and tried to arrange a new pizza to be made however the kitchen manager said that my order will be pushed right to the back of the order pile (completely unfair), the manager then asked if I'd like to order something from the kitchen as that would be done faster but I was not interested. When asking for the bill I had to ask for my pizza to be removed from the bill and this took another 10 min. Not one manager in store was willing to compensate for the pathetic service delivery. I am very disappointed and Bossa will never see me again
