RIAAN IS A BAD MANAGER - Bossa at Buh-Rain Kraaifontein

WARNING: BAD MANAGER RIAAN. We arrived at Bossa Buh-Rein on Saturday morning at 10:15am. We were 6 adults and 3 children. The lovely waiters there was so helpful attending to us and showing us to our table, but we needed 2 more chairs. As they brought us 2 more chairs, the manager RIAAN started shouting at his staff right infront of us. He humiliated them infront of everybody. It was extremely awkward and embarrassing for us to see how he treated his staff. And this was not the first time he’s doing this. The first time it happened was a few weeks ago and my wife and I thought maybe he‘s just having a bad day so we just left it. But when it happened now on Saturday again, we couldn’t stand it anymore and just walked out. We WILL continue to go there and not allow this rude man ruin our experience at Bossa. We will unfortunately have to warn other people about him, until he apologize to his staff and to us for his terrible behavior. People like this should be allowed to work in this industry.
