Good location, bad service

I decided to visit the new Bossa, in Milnerton. The service is horrible. Waited more than an hour for our food, drinks took more than 30 minutes to arrive.

The Manger apologiesd by means of give us a complimentary pizza, which was burnt and was standing on the warmer for more that 15 minutes. We refused this.

I frequently visit other branches, and never experienced such bad service.
