empty promises

I was at bossa tyger waterfront on the 4 September to celebrate my anniversary. I enjoyed the evening until I had to make payment. I was double billed with my card and as soon as I got home I called them and sent two emails. The manageress on duty said that my money would be refunded within 24 hours but still nothing. I called again on the 10 September and the manager on duty informed me that he read my emails and would ask the owner to refund me and contact me on the 11 September but still nothing. It's been more than a week now and I'm getting really fed up with this places lies. I would honestly never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone after that night.
