Bossa Buh-Rein

<p>Absolutely ********** service from Bossa Buh-rein barman and quite an uninterested attitude regarding the situation when we confronted the manager. My boyfriend, mother and I decided to go for dinner and were rather disappointed. They called "last drinks" twice at the bar and when we decided to order another glass of wine the barman informed us the bar was closed after, however, calling out last drinks which the public would generally recognize as an announcement informing the customers that this is their last round to order a drink. When my boyfriend left it at that and didnt say anything except for "okay thank you" he decided to sit down and before we were about to leave we saw the barman pouring another drink for another gentleman about 10 minutes after he asked. We were rather aggravated by this especially after our waiter told us "I shouldn't even be serving you now because my shift is over so don't let my manager see" when we knew nothing of this and most definitely did not expect a comment like that especially from a service we were paying for and seeing as we only got there at 8;30 pm not 10 pm. After my boyfriend saw this happening he was rather frustrated and said " I am not effing stupid" at our table a few metres away from the bar, not directed at the barman and saying he is stupid but rather because my boyfriend was aggravated by the service thus far and implying that he is not stupid he can clearly see the barman pouring a drink for someone else, because it seemed like the barman was hiding pouring the drink for another gentleman which we are rather confused about but he refused to explain this situation, which the barman happened to hear and proceeded to make his way around the bar with his face about 5 cm away from my boyfriends face asking him how dare he say that and asking him " Excuse me exactly what are you saying about stupid?" and "what exactly are you saying" He decided to go and disrespect a customer after what he heard and decided in the most disrespectful tone to "confront" a customer at their table after walking around the bar and making a scene. I do find this acceptable considering what he said and the attitude he had as well as lying infront of the manger which I must say, the manager could barely look at me while making my complaint and seemed "too busy" with what he was busy with. I felt rather disrespected as a customer from the service as well as me trying to lay a complaint with the manager which he seemed rather uninterested by. </p>
