We went to Bossa on Black Friday 29 November 2019, and Kristin was our waitress.

We were quite a big table but kept our main meals limited to three options which as 600g ribs, 300g steak and chicken stack.

Our meat didn't come out perfect. Some had to be sent back. When we say medium to rare, don't bring well-done.

We ordered the Black Friday beer special which was two castle lites for the price of one. We asked that some of the beers be provided to us once the food arrives...sadly they brought all the beers out in the beginning.

The waitress was unfriendly throughout the whole experience and in the end were very adamant that people pay their 10% and extra tip because of the size of the table.

The service charge becomes a real problem when the food and service isn't of great value.

Bossa was a real let down for a group funtion and I don't recommend making use of Bossa for a staff / group related outing.
