Horrible service

I am absolutely disappointed in Bossa, the quality of the food has dropped tremendously.. This is the 5th time my food comes and there's problem. If the patties are not raw the steak is raw. I ordered loaded fries with steak last night, it was raw number one, there was hardly any steak and less cheese than normal. Even their dragontini doesn't taste right. There seems to be a big problem in the kitchen because I'm not the only one that complained about this before.. My Husband and I would always come with our little one, we would go there 2-4 time a week but since there quality has dropped that has come to a stop. The only thing I like about that place is how friendly some of the waiter's are especially Lebo. She is one of the best Waiter's there, always smiling, always happy, always great service. We also love the lady that looks after the kids she's amazing, always friendly and looks very well after my son. And lastly the tall manger, who always checks on his customers. As for bossa I'm disappointed in how they went from a 10 to now below 5. They started off very well and now they not up to standard.
