Bad Management At Bossa Okavango

Since having posted my original review it has been deleted. TWICE. So with that I will post it here. Please dont delete your bad work ethic. It needs to be publicized. I've been a long time customer and ***** of Bossa however the lack of management at Bossa Okavango is painfully obvious, and it’s clear they do not care about this establishment or the people running it. I have personally witnessed the most disgusting behavior from the arrogant manager who always seems to be glued to his phone at the front desk. The condescending, appalling tone he uses when speaking to his colleagues is entirely unprofessional. Combine that toxic dynamic with what I’ve heard directly from the exhausted staff regarding severe money troubles, including being paid under minimum wage and short of being completely exploited... it’s easy to connect the dots. The staff are visibly struggling, and it is 100% due to the gross incompetence and lack of basic human decency from management from what I can see. Customers can see the strain clear as day, and it has completely tanked the dining experience. The front-of-house is total chaos. The floor staff are clearly trying their best, but they've been left entirely without direction, resulting in a mess where nobody knows whose food belongs to which table. When the food finally does arrive after a massive delay, it's a massive disappointment. It tastes as if there's not even an ounce of care or love put into it. This place is a sinking ship fueled by exploitation and managerial cluelessness, and I'm sorry to say it but I will not be returning.
