Very Unhappy about customer service

So we went to Bossa Social Caf? & Bar in Somerset West today. We sat outside for the kid to play and it started getting cold so asked our waiter to move inside. He said its full. Wife asked the manager and he said he can assist. We moved inside and I went to the loo. When I came out the \assistant manager\" was very unhappy and gave her a lot of grief. So much that she almost cried. I saw this in her eyes and I got upset. I then went to find him and he was so rude I asked for the Manager. He came and i talked to him. Firstly I think its ridiculous if you move in a restaurant to first pay and then move to another section. We were told their staff wasn't snart enough to keep track of this. This is unprofessional. But the Manager was noce even if we don't agree on how a business should be run. The assistance manager however was rude non stop and I got even more upset with his at attitude. I told him to f $#% off and we left. As we went out the door he suddenly said in front of other customers maybe he shouldn't have taken her on but me for posting the initial post on Bossa Social Caf? & Bar which I am happy that I did.. we are very unhappy with him and waiting for a formal aplogie."
