Poor Service

On Monday 6th July we called Bosa Nova to reserve a table as we would be dinning with an elderly lady of nearly 80. We arrived at 19H10 and were shown to the table. After 20 minutes of waiting I called the manager to ask for a waiter and menus, the waitress eventually arrived 5 minutes later with menus. Our order was eventually taken at 19H45 and that was the last we saw of the waitress. We even had to go to the bar to order ourselves a second round of drinks. When we enquired about our meal at 19H25 we were told that the meal would be served in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I went to speak to the manager regarding the poor service and she was blatantly rude to me and even continued to play on the computer while I tried to talk to her. At stages she even started to speak Afrikaans to me while I spoke English to her. At 20H45 the meal eventually arrived, the food was clearly cold and it was obvious it had been standing waiting to be taken out. Not all the food was brought out at the same time. My meal was returned to the kitchen because it was so cold and could not be eaten. When I tried to speak to the manager again upon leaving she once again was totally rude to me.
