Pathetic Service

Having had my birthday on 1Aug, and being away from my family the entire weekend, I decided to take them to dinner. We frequent BossaNova &Bella Bellotta and have never experienced such terrible service. We arrived at 7pm on Mon 3 Aug. By 19h15 our order was placed. The waitron had advised that food could take slightly longer than normal, due to the Monday night promotion. Be that as it may, after an hour, the food had still not arrived.
