First Time Horrible Experience at Bossa Tygerfalls Tygervalley Restaurant

Good day

Myself and co workers went out for lunch at Bossa Tygerfalls for our first time. We had a nice time until I went to the ladies. I forgot my phone in the ladies facilities, I only realised it when I came from the ladies back to my seat. It was not evens 5 minutes. I requested for the manager to check on the Cameras and he was not helpful at all. His name is Gerard, He advised me that two ladies went in after me but he doesn't think they still at the restaurant. The staff including the manager was not helpful at all really. The manager didn't do enough according to me with regards to check the cameras etc. He also didn't allow me to come and check with him on the cameras. I know it was my negligence for forgetting my phone but still I think they could've been more helpful. I was hoping to take my family and other friends there but because of this horrible experience I will never go there again not recommend Bossa to other people. Most horrible experience ever in such an up market restaurant. Gerard the manager was never minded and never gave his full co operation to this incident at all. Regards Monique ********** 417
