Bossa, Buh-Rein hygiene issues

This review is directed to Bossa Nova in Buh-Rein Estate, Cape Town. I really like Bossa's food but i have come to the realisation that they really don't care about hygiene. Firstly my friends and i have numerous times spotted rats running outside close the pool side (who knows where those rats are running at night time). Secondly, more than once have friends and I gotten hair in our food (and not just short ones, long ones that have to be pulled out). And then all the manager does is apologise and re-make the meal. Not even any form of compensation. We still have to pay for the meal and once the waiter asked my friend, "what do you want me to do" because he made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. Thirdly, there are so many flies inside the restaurant on the deck. They sit everywhere and nothing gets done about this. Fourthly, there are no paper towels in the bathroom, only a hand blower (which has been scientifically proven not to be hygienic). Lastly, the long wooden benches outside are so sticky that even the menu sticks to it. Why has these benches not gotten a proper cleaning yet?

These things need to be seen to, otherwise Bossa will lose customers or maybe even worse. I don't see them valueing their customers at all.
