Assaulted By Bartender

Very Disappointed in Bossa Nova. Being a frequent customer I was not expecting to be assaulted by a bar tender who has previously served us without incident. After arriving on the 1st of February we were promptly informed that the bar was closed but since we were good customers the barman invited us in for a last round. Upon sitting at the bar we were greeted by a very aggressive bartender by the name of Ryan. Ryan informed us that we were very disrespectful which perplexed us as there was no cause for this aggressive remark as we had just sat down. This then led to Ryan coming out from behind the bar and physically assaulting us by shoving and swearing. We immediately removed ourselves from the bar area and left to avoid any conflict. The following day we went to the Restaurant again to lodge a complaint but were greeted by a very unfriendly and unhelpful manager who appeared disinterested in our situation . This prompted us to immediately open 2 cases at the Durbanville Police Station for Common Assault. This sort of brutish behavior is absolutely inexcusable and disgusting from such a well known establishment.
