Absolutely pathetic customer service

Bossa Nova Buh-rein!!!!!!!!! I wrote a review on there facebook page on 14 February 2020. I got a reply back on the 16 February asking me to send my details. I rep****. I got another reply on 24 February to explain my situation. I did and no one has the audacity to come back to me. What must i do now? I think i have left it long enough and no has come back to me.
