Always bad service at Bossa Soneike

It’s now the second time that I’ve had to wait 25 minutes for a waiter to even introduce themself. When you search for the manager they’re standing around making jokes instead of doing rounds through the restaurant. Service always a bad experience as Bossa Soneike.
