Terrible service 16.03.2024

What appalling service. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and another 10 minutes before our water introduced himself and took our drinks order. We didn't take to long to decide what we want and then had to signal him to tell him we ready to order, which we then did. WE WAITED 65MINUTES for our food and when it got there it was terrible. The rib and wing combo x2 (R245) was ice cold and not the flavor we had asked for. The Chilli cheese burger patti was raw and the cheese was old and hard not even melty. The roll fell apart (which i have pics of)because it was old. The hot chips were dark brown in colour and looked as if it were soaked in oil. When my daughter was done eating her chicken nuggets and chips only then did her cooldrink arrive. I am so disappointed in their service. We called the manager his name is Frans, i explained the story and with no compassion he just said sorry about that and walked away. The thing is the restaurant was not even full that i can excuse the wait. I'm very disappointed. I don't complain easily but i was very disappointed.
