None existing service

What a terrible experience,a few months ago four of us went to bossa canal walk on a Friday night, we were seated and i think they forgot about us,we got up and walked offer to spur,Today we went there again,we were taken to a table and they ignored us again,the waiting staff standing around,the place wasn't that busy,i got up and walked to the door and asked a lady what are we doing wrong because just maybe we didn't know the procedure because we sitting hungry at the table and everyone were ignoring us, NEVER AGAIN!!!
