Bossa Canal walk poor experience.

Bossa is our favorite place to go for dates and we have had many fun times at different Bossas.So naturally we decided to try the one at Canal Walk and I can say it was my worst experience I've ever had at Bossa. The waiter we got was disinterested and our starter was raw, which after complaining we got a small side of fries, but only on the condition that we order main. We always order starter and main so we were going to order anyway, but we were made to feel like idiots for complaining when the food clearly was not up to standard so much so that I actually asked them to taste it as evidence. Nevertheless we continued but the waiter was such an asshole that he was never minded and disrespectful and I struggled not to tell him off, but because we keep it civil my gf advised to let it go, which we did. We then quickly ate because we wanted to rather leave the restaurant section and go to the bar, which was very nice and the bartenders were great, however there was a problem with the cigarette dispenser and I got charged twice for one packet. After advising them I was rudely told to phone the number on the machine and then he walked away. I checked but there was no number on the machine and went to tell a manager who moved the machine to check but he couldn't find and then took our details to follow up to get my money back but yet no reply and I don't think the issue will be resolved, so not only was the service poor, the starter bad, but managers couldn't resolve an issue and I'm still waiting for feedback. All in all never go to the Bossa at Canal Walk because it is a **** show. I would rather recommend Woodbridge or Tygerfalls as they are always up to standard. I've been to almost every Bossa and I can't belive I actually have to complain because I don't expect Bossa to give such poor service considering how great the others are.
