Bossa Canal Walk disappointing

Disgusting service, mediocre food, orders are incorrect even though the wait staff write it down, food takes ages and then gets served at different times because the order was incorrect, the bill takes ages, managers are useless, the wait staff scurry around like headless chickens yet lord knows what they are scurrying around doing..certainly not delivering good customer service. Give Bossa Canal Walk a skip until they get their act together.
