Bad service

I recently visited your canal walk location and was unfortunately disappointed by the level of service. While I've had excellent experiences at your other locations, particularly durbanaville winelands, my experience here fell short.

There were long wait times, and unfortunately, the waitress lacked essential customer service skills. I waited a significant amount of time for even a single drink, which never arrived.

I believe consistent service quality is crucial across all locations, and I hope you'll address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future customers.
