Shocking service Bossa!!!

Horrible experience!

Arrive on a monday because we had load shedding.

Was told they are full, but there were 12-15 tables open.

Asked how is it possible with the open tables, and was told tablea were booked.

We were there 18:10 and the bookings were for after 19:00

Had to leave to go to another restaurant with my wife and 3small kids.

Shocking service!!!
