Kitchen Complaint - Bossa Burgundy

WORST WORST Experience !! After waiting almost two hours for my food asked waiter to check and kitchen confirmed they have not even started with my food ! Simple Wings and Chips order. Had to leave without food and no sorry from any Manager. Apparently new kitchen manager worst Mother’s Day Experience at Bossa !!!!!! Bossa Burgundy will never EVER see us again.
