Horrible first time experience!

Most appalling experience I've had from a restaurant to be honest. Food was mediocre at best and the service, Especially from management was sad. I have been running restaurants all my life and i feel terrible for the owner. This branch needs dire help in the operations front. After lodging a complaint on their website almost a month ago, Still no contact from them.
