Bossa client accommodation

Honestly.. Just came for a nice meal and drink with my lady. So.. We sign in at reception and adhere to C19 protocol, only to find that once they let us in that there were no tables open for us to sit at and, secondly, we decided to sit at the bar but the bouncer said it was to full.. He turned us back then let 3 people in after us.. So why allow people to sign in, and then no one tends to them for seating and service. Really not impressed. We were standing around looking confused as we are clients, but not being given the opportunity to enjoy our time there. So won't be going back anytime soon.

Management needs to look at the number of people they let in, in comparison to open space for those people.
