Regulars here, but very dissapointed!

We are regulars at Bossa, but never been as dissapointed as tonight. I made a booking for 18:00. It is now 20:48 we got very cold mains 8 minutes ago. It started with the wrong drinks. We orderd starters. 3 of the 4 people at our table got starters. The 4th never got here. When I asked about it, when they eventully came to collect the other 3 empty plates, they told me my starter is in the kitchen. So why not infront of me at the same time as the rest of the starters? We called the manager and it did not really help much. Our over worked waiter then explained that they are 5 waiters and 5 kichen staff, but a very very busy Bossa. There was a party inside with a lot of people and only 5 waiters.... how does this happen? I don't think mangement thought this through. Maybe if we were treated friendly this review would have been different.
