Bossa Buhrein - Do better!!!

bsolutely shocking experience last night BOSSA Buh-Rein. Rude waiter, our drinks took a full hour, the food we wanted to cancel as we had been waiting 2 hours already for our meals, only to be told by our waiter we could not with a severe attitude. The kids waited and waited for their sodas & chips and this never arrived leaving children HUNGRY! We were never informed about a waiting period, let alone one that was that severe. The waiter then comes and explains the chilli cheese fries have burnt and they had to redo the order - What an absolute disgrace! Honestly BOSSA Buh-Rein do better, the service was poor, the food was cold and this spoiled the entire experience.
