Faulty tanks & horrible service!

Horrible after sales service! We bought Yebo water tanks from them, after installation the tanks were leaking at the tank socket. We contacted the rep to enquire about the faulty tanks. However the representative merely said that it is not their problem and we had to replace the tank socket at our own cost. Regardless of the time, effort and money spent for a replacement we lost 10000L of water during a water crisis! They acknowledged the faulty manufacturing but would not assist in repairing the tanks, furthermore the consultant was unhelpful and quite frankly rude! Would highly advise anyone to stay clear from their products and services.
