A disgusting poor service by Boss Tent, in Vincent East London

Very utterly disappointed with Boss Tents in Vincent, East London. My mother bought a Mobile Fridge last year September, cash and up to date. They have not issued us with a Disc, they have been giving us the run-around, taking us from pillar to post. My mother used her last money to buy the Mobile Freezer so as to have an income as she is no longer working, and this has added strain to her. This is an utterly disappointing customer service. Kindly intervene, i wonder how many people have been ****** like this.
