Boss Scaffolding

We made use of Boss Scaffolding. Scotty did a quote on site and we negotiated on the labour rate as we can move the scaffolding our self and his team only needs to erect and break down the scaffolding. When it came to invoicing he charged us for a 1.5 days labour. I queried about the labour hours invoiced, he rep**** that there was a miscommunication on site with his team and they did not have transport This is a miscommunication from their side not ours as we spoke to Scotty himself regards to the labour when he did the quote on site. We must pay for hours not used, it is not our fold that Boss scaffolding did not have transport for their team.
