Unauthorised debit orders

I have realized that this company is been taking money out of my account without any contractual agreement I don't know them I never had of them but every month they are taking money from my account. The debit order ref number that appears on the bank statement is (SABI15N2864BR) I contacted my bank Nedbank to get more details on the company and after three days I received and sms from Nedbank with the company contact details only and when I contact the company the phone was answered by a lady after asking her some questions regarding this company and who they are the lady was not helpful and she also refuse to give me more details on what their company is about the she gave an email address and requested that I send them and email to this email address [Email Removed] they will get back to me. After seeing that my Bank \Nedbank\" cannot help me which I feel it is not fair that we trust them with our money but still they can not protect us as client against such ******** activities I was left with no option but to come to you Peter please assist to stop this ********* and maybe I am not the only victim here.
