None delivery of goods oredered & refusal to refun

Dear sir/madam<br> <br> Kindly assist me get my funds from a supplier of tents and chairs called Boss plastic in Durban. <br> <br> I have purchased 45 tiffany chairs from this company to the value of R20500, they have agreed to deliver the chairs on the 15th as I had events on the 16th,19th, 23rd, 27th and 2nd. They have failed to do so till now and only agreed to help me hire the same number of chairs from a local supplier for the 19th event only meaning I had to finance the 16th and 23rd from my pocket and withdraw from the other events leading to loss of income and serious damage to my branding. <br> <br> I have been asking to be refunded but I was told too many stories that will make them not to refund me.
