Bad service

This online is has the worst service to say the least . I ordered 2 pants and only one was delivered. They're dragging to refund me for the other one. No response from admin nor the owner of the page.. to make matters worse she hung up on me over the phone, with no apology at all for their incompetence and inconvenience
