Bad service

I bought a Delphi diagnostic reader ( generic) and before purchase i asked what it can do and on what vehicles they told me on all the vechicles supporting obd2... This was not the case as i have tried it on a number of vehicles and it did not work upon making a turn by them i told him that he should help me seeing that i bought the product from him...he was buzy on my laptop and i told him before hand that i will vome for the upgrade asoon as i recieve funds... He did not say anything and he done the software upgrade.. After that i tested it on a vehicle and still did not so i told him i will bring the laptop on a later stage and he said he already done the upgrade i have to pay him... So its R2100 i spend and still does not work how it should... Will not recomend buying from this place
