Bought an Led face mask from takealot- it stopped Ilin under 3 weeks of use. The reviews on takealot says that it works. I contacted takealot - said it is not returnable. I told them about CPA which says product must work for reasonable period. They said contact supplier. SUPPLIER - BOSS DEALS - said if takealot allows then will replace or refund. Went back to takealot and they say deal with supplier but supplier again says go to takealot. They have this way of pushing you back and forth woth no solution. It's *********. The same product is marketing by another supplier on takealot with a 6 month warranty. BOSS DEALS GOVES HUGE % OFF AND NO WARRANTY- IT APPEARS THST THEY KNOW THEIR GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE AND WANT TO JUST TAKE THE MONEY. THIS IS ********* BUSINESS DEALING. I EVEN TOLD BOSS DEALS (IMRAN) OF THE CPA AND HE SAID THAT HE IS GOING TO DO NOTHING BECAUSE I SAID I AM GOING TO PUT IT ON HELLO PETER. DONT DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO DOES RESPECT THE LAW THERE TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS. FORTUNATELY THERE IS SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THE CPA. TAKEALOT REFUSES TO GIVE BOSS DEALS LEGAL CONTACT INFORMATION SO THEY ARE ALSO AIDING THIS ********* BUSINESS DEALING. ESPECIALLY SINCE ANOTHER SUPPLIER US SELLING THE SAME PRODUCT WITH A WARRANTY.
