Wrong Coilpacks - Refusing to Refund Me

worst service ever, I bought coilpacks for a polo. They gave me the ones normally used on GTI's. I thought it would be a simple transaction to return them then they give me the correct ones or a refund. When I went there they said they have a no refund policy and will instead look for the right parts from their suppliers. I waited for two hours, then the salesperson Thomas informed me that they will deliver them the following day , I have been following up for the past 7 days , i have not been assisted. Terrible service!
