Worst customer service experience ever

Called in, drove from the eastrand and met a Useless sales person named David who doesn't know anything about cars assured me that the oil sump for my vehicle was metal and it will work and when I undoubtedly came back to collect my refund he told me that I bought the wrong part and it was my fault therefore they are charging me handling fees. You can't give me the incorrect part then say its my fault it doesn't make sense then he laughs and tells me he tried speaking to me like a human (who the F does he think he is) ***ardly sitting behind their barred counter. Anyway I went to Ace auto spares and I found what I was looking for.
