Worst customer service

Customer service is the worst, been trying for weeks to get incorrectly delivered spares exchanged.... nothing, sent lots and lots of mails, only promises.... subsequent order also not delivered after weeks and now after website upgrade, all my order history is missing.... worst customer service ever...
