Why have All this Communications Platforms and never use them

How many times does one have to call for u guys to answer the phone? Your Whatsapp number even worse - sent email no response what do we have to do to get help from u guys? is not everyone that can just drive to u for help - you give all this communication platforms but they useless TELEPHONE: *** or *** or ***,E-MAIL: ***,WHATSAPP: +***.i cant afford to drive to u when i get there u dont have the parts i need to know hence i have been trying for days to get hold of you guys yerrrrrrrrrrrrr
